This is Christmas Eve at Rod & Jackie's house. They are good friends of the Cunninghams that host a small get together every Christmas Eve.

Two random things

1. Why will my child not take an afternoon nap anymore? I thought the morning one went first? It's killing me. She only sleeps for 20 minutes.

2. We have AIR CONDITIONING in this house. I am so happy. Eight years without it has made it such a luxury.

Santa!

Not the greatest picture, but I really don't care. She's always cute. Savannah loved Santa, so much so that this is one of the few pictures that she was facing forward. She wanted to turn around and grab Santa's beard! No crying though!

Hoot

Have we discussed Mr. Hoot?

Here he is casting a looong shadow and acting like a superhero, which Savannah believes he is. He is her buddy and she is always happy to see him. Although Elmo is gaining popularity, Mr. Hoot still rules.
