How lucky is Little S with a great Daddy like this one?
Happy Fathers' Day to Conor, Gaga A, Grandpa and all of the dads out there.

Dear Santa
I can't get over how much I love this letter. I want to buy her a potbelly pig to run around in the backyard with just for writing it.

Halloween
Blogger has not been kind to me this week. Why are you not letting me upload photos? That's kindof how it works around here.
So sorry for the delay and NO photos at the moment.
We had a GREAT Halloween. Our neighborhood does it up right with a parade and TONS of kids. Something I like is that we all kick off trick or treating at the same time, so you know when the hoarde is approaching.
I think Savannah had an amazing time. She was a super cute Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz. She was bursting with excitement- the parade started at 5:30 and she wanted to get into her costume at 4:30, so it was an hour of 'When? WHEN CAN WE GO TO THE PARADE?!' The patience DNA is not dominant around these parts.
Hopefully photos to come. If not, there may be a server change in the works.

Pumpkins
Oh I LOVE the new blogger 'Upload All' Feature. It makes my photo-uploading life so much easier. Now you get even MORE photos!
Here are a few more from Dallas. The Dallas Arboretum has a Pumpkin Wonderland that they display every year. They have over 30,000 pumpkins! For my Halloween loving 4 year old, this was Heaven!

POTD: Piano
This was a popular birthday gift. She's been banging away on the keys since she received this and it's actually starting to sound a little like real music.
Savannah is very interested in reading the 'notes' that are in the little songbook and we've plunked out 'Twinkle Twinkle' and 'London Bridge'.
She's also been composing her own songs, mostly about pigs, as you might guess.
Go Music Scholarship!!!

POTD: Boozy
This photo cracks me up - she looks like she's out on a bender with her little martini glass there. Before you call CPS, it was just filled with orange juice. Savannah thought she was very fancy drinking out of that glass though.

Sous Chef
Look at Savannah working it in the kitchen with Gaga B on Christmas!
She apparently was actually a help this year! She loves the kitchen and 'helping'. I love when I tell her she can help and she excitedly runs over to the table, grabs a chair and brings it over to the counter so she can stand on it. She is also smitten with the knife as we've been letting her cut her own food and chop some things lately.
Thanks for the help Savannah - the fruit salad was delicious. I hope you always love cooking.

POTD: Pumpkin Patch!

We skipped school last Monday and headed to the pumpkin patch. I'm sure it won't be the last time. Somebody LOVES pumpkins.
Thanks to my wonderful friend Lisa for taking this photo.

Happy Father's Day!
Savannah and I will be off early in the morning to get doughnuts for Conor.
He's the best Dad to Savannah and we love him. Not every guy embraces being a dad to a daughter the way he does. He really is delighted by her.
Also, special hugs and thoughts to Grandpa and Gaga A. Savannah had so much fun with both of them last week.

The Easter Bee
So Savannah found her alternate Halloween costume in the coat closet - the bumblebee outfit. She has not taken it off for 48 hours. It's very three year old behavior and I find it kind of hilarious. She even went to the neighborhood egg hunt yesterday in costume.
Happy Easter from the Easter Bee!
